* An initial deposit of $200.00 and the signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm the booking.

* Balance must be paid in FULL 45 days prior to your arrival date.

* Check IN is 4:00 PM

Keys will be available on property - no need to visit a rental office on arrival.

*Check OUT is 10:30 AM

* All homes are completely furnished and equipped with linens, towels and kitchen utensils. We have tried to make your vacation stay seem as if you were in your own home. Homes are stocked with soap, toilet paper and garbage bags upon your arrival, however, replacement of these items during your stay is your responsibility.

* A Refundable Security Deposit of $200.00 is required for stays of more than 14 nights. This amount is returned 10 days after your departure date, after it is determined there is no loss or damage deemed to be over and above the normal wear and tear.
