Enjoy the Florida Sunshine in this 3-Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Executive Vacation Home. This home has a fantastic private Lake View from the fully screened-in South facing pool area. Many extras have been included in the profesionally decorated home located close to Disney World.

This immaculately maintained home that sleeps 6- 8, also consists of a Two-Car Garage, Great room, Dining Room, Eat-in Kitchen, Inside Laundry room, Screened-in Lanai with table, chairs and a fan. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms to help the air conditioning cool you on the warmest of days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more!

The spacious Great room has ample seating, a Flat Screen Cable TV and a VCR/DVD player. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, phone, Flat Screen Cable TV, King size bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub and separate walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and Cable TV. The other bedroom has twin beds and is decorated with a DISNEY theme, it even has a Mickey TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom containing a combination tub/shower.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $15.00 per night. Pool heat is recommended October - April.
