The Partridge Villa is a very spacious, well maintained and fully licensed Vacation Home located near Disney World . The pool has a huge lanai to sit under if you want to get out of the sun and offers a spectacular private lake view!

This 3 bed/2 bath Villa has a Living room, Dining room, Family Room, Kitchen with Dining area. The Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Cable TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a Queen Size bed, cable TV and Bedroom three has two Twin beds, Cable TV and is decorated in a "Mickey" theme. They share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Villa is fully air conditioned with a double car garage and inside laundry room. This Villa is very spacious and comfortable with many extras that you will enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped - microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal and all other small kitchen appliances. The laundry room has a large washing machine and dryer. Ceiling fans are in the main rooms and bedrooms.

The pool is fully screened in and the lanai has tables, chairs and loungers. Enjoy the sunshine and while dining outside on the beautiful lanai and enjoying the wonderful lake view.

This Home has Digital Cable TVs with DVR and over 200 channels. There are also FREE Local and Long distand phone calls throughout the US.

This home requires an additional $15.00 a night for electric pool heating (October - April).
